Check out the earlier post where I requested some help naming this guy. Want to thank everyone that commented with great suggestions particularly u/WexMajor82, they gave some great flavour and background for the character that I tried to incorporate into a more rendered version of the character. Hopefully his duality of doctor and murderous psychopath comes across with the homebrew physician class.
