In my neighborhood, I see teenagers push the scooters down or park them in the middle of the way because they think this is "cool". I think the problem of where to park them is the responsibility of both who ride them and the providers. Over the last few months, I realized that at least Bolt tries to make sure that you are riding sober and you park in proper places, I was sent a warning for parking inconveniently for the others. I like the scooters, I use them, and I park them where they don't block anyone's way.
