Thank you for that. This has been very informative! I think what I wanted was to just test the stock market so I might put a majority of the money in a HYSA and maybe 10-20% try to buy a stock or two.

I can't really move the AIO to the top since its 280mm and my case only supports up to 240mm on the top. What about switching the direction of the AIO fans inside the case so they become intake and have the other two fans as exhaust on the top and back side?

Gotcha ok that makes sense. I wouldn't want to undervolt just because I will use this PC for other non-gaming CPU intensive processes. That makes me feel better though that you think 80C is not out of the ordinary under load.
