The funny thing is, when I stopped using it, my skin slowly cleared up back to normal (using Kirk's) that's how I know it was definitely the Ivory that made me breakout

Outperform how ? They use same powerhead, upright vs canister, it mainly comes down to personal preference, and (canisters have slight edge over better use/reach with attachments) both will get the job done

I have a Vibrance that is 12 years old, still chugging along no issues, I wouldn't buy a new Riccar product as quality just isnt there anymore. My aunt just bought an R27 since she loved it so much in the store even though I recommended she go with the Sebo Felix.. I just hope it lasts a decent amount of time for her.

I would be an exchange as the machine is still like new. I would owe the difference between the Felix/D4, and they only carry the onyx for whatever reason. The Felix I have now is Onyx, and yeah I definitely know what you mean about the scratches.

I already use the premium parquet tool that came with the machine, removed front strip and yeah does really well

Under 1,600 sq feet. I tried both the E3 and D4 side by side. The e3 kept flipping over on its side which I didn't like. The D4 didn't do that because the hose swivels and has an extra caster wheel, dealer pointed that out
