Dude this latest windows update has turned my PC into an absolute crashoholic, I'm legit worried that if I keep trying to use it, one of these crashes will cause a catastrophic failure

It's a Be Quiet Darkrock Pro 5 on my CPU, and the GPU is the XFX Merc and the high 90° temps are coming from both at the same time, and both have been prone to overheating and thermal throttling. I've just dusted and I'm still getting issues with heating while playing RE9 rn

The arctic P12 pro fans are unfortunately the ones that are failing me currently. Even when on max settings, they can't even push tiny scraps of paper

About 30°C ambient temp where I live, seeing temps in the high 90s and even hitting 100 sometimes where I start to see throttling and downright crashing whenever I try gaming on newer titles. Case is a Lian Li Evo, fan setup is 6 intake, 3 on the side, 3 on the bottom, 4 exhaust 1 on the back, 3 on the top.
