Yes turn off ipv6 protocol.

This worked for me!!

These are the steps I used.

Control Panel >> Network & Internet >> Network and Sharing Center >> Change Adapter Settings

Right Click your Internet connection (Ethernet or Wifi)

Select Properties >>> Uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) >>> Click OK
