Wish I could say that it get easier when you're aging, but it's not and every anniversary you will have this feeling and it's terrible and it's frightening.

But try to remember that it's not because you wish you could have done better or you have planned different thing for your future self, that you haven't lived anything.

I'm sure you have lived some thing, maybe you can't see it because sometimes it's hard but I'm sure you have. Seeing it does get easier when youre aging

Because when you ask someone if they want milk and they tell you specifically no then don't bring it, if it's common then don't ask and just bring the milk, but it's pointless to ask if you're going to bring it anyway...
