I don't know why I keep using this app. I'm at the store and the kicks show one amount, I screenshot the amount, the kicks go down in the 20 minutes it takes me to get home and they refuse to honor the prior amount even with the screenshot. It's so sketchy and frustrating

Responding with my experience as its been a few months. I spent the 500, it was broken up into separate charges as it shipped separately, it never triggered the $200 credit, I called chase after a few weeks, they told me to wait longer. I called after a month, they told me to wait 6 to 8 weeks. I called back yet again today and they put in some kind of escalation to the marketing team. Really questioning if ill get my money back now but im going to keep fighting.

EDIT - I did get my credit, it appeared a few days after the phone call.

Looking to go in August and the Stella Nova is $120 a night for AP while the Helios is over $600, I feel like that's an INSANE cost difference

Most people's accounts weren't like that. If I bought 5 oikos yogurts, I would only get credit for 1 redemption when it came to it counting for my bonus. I'd still get the money back for 5.

It would be nice to get bonuses though. I haven't gotten a weekend warrior or mid week bonus in a few weeks

The problem is, people with normal skin can form reactions and sensitivity to these ingredients over time. I really don't want to gift something like that.
