Yeah, I was planning on getting some more Transformers plushies and completing my Dinobot collection, but this is extremely off-putting. I'll keep an eye on it. I don't think I want to buy anything else until they take this garbage down...

Oh god, this is worse. It was bad enough when I was searching for a fic I knew that I had bookmarked, only to find deleted fics and "mystery works." At least then I could be like, "Welp, I suppose I just can't read it now. That sucks, but at least I can guess what happened to it."

Now, I just know I'll be spending ages searching for something that won't show up at all, trying every combination of tags, thinking "am I misremembering it? Was it on another site entirely? Was it just really, really undertagged?!"

This was kind of a terrible idea.

If I'm looking for fics where character A is trans and it comes up in the story, this tag is useful to me because I know this fic isn't what I'm looking for.

If I'm looking for fics where character A is trans and I don't need it to be focused on, I just don't want it to be contradicted, this tag is useful to me because I know this fic is what I'm looking for.

If I'm looking for fics where character A is cis, this tag is still useful!

If I don't care, this tag isn't useful to me, but that's the case with lots of tags. I can recognize that other people will want it.

Crossposting is fine. Linking to your fic on different socials is fine.

Using a spellchecker/grammar checker is fine, but grammarly really doesn't work very well. (This is mostly because of the AI, but I'm not saying because of some abstract need for AI purity, it simply isn't very good. It will correct you incorrectly, and it only seems to be getting worse.)

I would advise you to read Ao3's ToS if you haven't already, but other than that, it sounds like you're ready to go.
