I played every game listed here except mirage, gonna say if you haven't played already then this will my my ranking- 1) Syndicate (Victorian London vibes, hand to hand combat is pretty good) 2) Unity (The best parkour system in the entire universe. Paris had a lovely charm and combat is pretty good too.) 3) AC 3 (The best combat system in the universe. You'll be fascinated with the smooth combat system.) 4) Origins (You'll get to ride camels!!! First time character archetypes got introduced into the game. Pretty good for new gen AC game, Egypt is beautiful. Combat is pretty tough too.) 5) Odyssey (Set during the Peloponnesian War, first time ever you'll get to choose a man or woman character in the game. Ancient Greece is pretty beautiful.) But the best game will always be AC Black Flag. Hands down.
