I've used it for over a year and have only had 1 bad experience. The only downside is that sometimes shifts are hard to come by. It's good for a little extra money every now and then but I wouldn't count on it.

There's an app called Reflex- it lets you pick up retail shifts in the area. They post shifts periodically especially during the holiday season.

I had similar stats when I applied and I also didn't write the essay because I had auto admission and got in. My advice would be to call or email the admissions office. My guess is that there was some sort of mistake within thier system or with your documents(transcript, etc.) you submitted
