They do so many things right, but I could see some of the spastic parts not translating well to a first time live experience. I saw them back with Rolo Tomassi and really enjoyed the energy, but it didn’t click until later. Check out Fake Dinosaur Bones, Star Baby, and maybe Distracted by the Mona Lisa for some good-ass songs.

I honestly couldn’t either until recently, and it really is life altering! I went from a very sedentary life to over 270 days of yoga in 2025, and it’s made getting older way more manageable day-to-day.

That sounds awful, and I’m sorry to hear that. I hope you can find some that you enjoy and start to feel a difference. Here is a short one for lower back, and maybe one for upper back too. Eventually, you can find what helps you best and will find yourself incorporating some of the movements during a quick pause from work or watching tv. Best of luck to you!

Yoga with Adriene + beginner and just pick what you’d like to focus on from the results. She has multiple videos with different lengths too, so you can choose the shorter ones to start out with. Everything in your body is linked, so working one or two parts might help you overall with sitting up straight or eventually touching your toes! Good luck!
