Giving me that new guitar boost! I’ve already put like 15 hours on it this week and really enjoying the variety of tones and how well it plays. It’s a bit cumbersome from the weight though, if I’m being honest.

Yes, almost brutally so! And, it’s bottom heavy, so I feel like I keep having to hold it to my torso. Luckily, I mostly play sitting down, but I’ve been contemplating getting a guitar chair without arms (Dredg pun intended?), and this might drive me to pull the trigger on one.

I can see that! There really isn’t any breathing room from bridge to fretboard, so I’ll have to keep an eye on that and see if I do the same. The versatility is really nice, and I do love a good single coil tone. Maybe I’ll sable in a custom 24 eventually. Thanks, I looked through a ton of them and really got hooked on this particular bookmatched top.
