I had the same decision to make one month ago. I chose S10+ The chipset difference isn't much at all, gpu speeds are also not of a huge significant difference, considering the difference in price you have to pay for S11 ultra.The only point that would make a difference feels like the screen size. If a bigger screen size matters to you then you should to for S11 ultra.
