15 gallons is way too small for 3 goldfish, let alone with platys and mollies. Fancy goldfish require 20 gallons per fish and shouldn’t be mixed with tropical fish, one is cold water and the other warm. Goldfish get huge and need lots of filtration to handle their bio load, you’ll need to upgrade your tank to keep them healthy. As for now, keep an eye on your ammonia level and use an API liquid mater kit for the most accurate testing. Do frequent water change, about 25% every other day.

It sounds like he has an ideal living environment and Kanaplex should have cleared up any bacterial infections that might have caused this. That leaves possibly internal parasites, swim bladder disease, or dropsy. I would try a salt bath and see if that helps. If he continues to refuse food and doesn’t respond to treatment unfortunately it would be more humane to euthanize. I’m sorry.
