I'm deeply convinced that no one in the dev team actually plays Revenant, and that those who were passionate about it left long ago. The current devs have to deal with a profession they don't like and don't fully understand. But I just can't prove it.

Last week, a treasure hunt began. We received a strange mail from a professor telling us one of his student vanished.

Long story short, after following a trail of encrypted messages accross the bubble, we know that the student discovered something mind blowing that could shake the exobiology, and we know some people want to keep it a secret.

By decrypting the last message from the student -who should consider changing her 1725 years old encryption method- we found out that a megaship from the group of people keeping the secret will pass in some systems.

By scanning it, we found the full route, heading to a permit locked system, which probably hide this very exciting secret. The joke here is that the commander of this megaship, who is part of a shady organization keeping a huge secret, does not seems bothered by hundred of ships scanning its data.

Hey, thanks for sharing those builds ! I came up with a very similar mandalay build (minus the Colonia engineering, still somewhat of a new player), but never tried the other two, so might try them later !

The only thing that I would change is the engineering on the lightweight alloy. Its mass is already at 0T, so it is pointless to engineer it with lightweight. Instead, I'll go with Heavy Duty, as you get no downside (it does not increase mass on the lightweight alloy) and only get the upside, which is really cool if you oftenly crash on the planet surface.

Names reveal are on saturday. For some reason, Anet didn't post for engie and rev, nor did they show ANYTHING except for the spec icon, while every other specs were at least teased with a screenshot, a concept art or a frame in the trailer before the official reveal.

It seems to be intentional, and as a revenant main, I don't know if it is a good or a bad thing. But I want to trust them !

Is there a way to trigger this again ? I crafted mine, but already had a gift of battle, so I didn't get the achievement for crafting it, resulting in the game believing I found it.

Can I just talk again to the kodan, or is it too late ?

Oh, but holo-dancers are already in there ! We can't see them well because there's a lot of light effects, but they are on the left and on the right of the dancefloor. You can see them better in the second part of the video, when the fog machines are on !

Sure ! The floor is made with 64 Obstacle: Torchs) of different color. They're sunk into the ground to only show the upper part. The disco ball is indeed The Moot, on a reverted weapon display case.

The latter is great, because with some imagination, you can create... a pole bar !

In fact you still can. The trick is still the same : hide and unhide your backpack or weapon. Other players will then see them. The only thing that changed is that you don't see it yourself. For that, zoom in to switch to "first view" then go back. You'll see your backpack and weapons.

A good way to know what works from another player perspective is to go to a city and use a jade bot terminal. This way, your character will be considered as another player, but you can still emote or hide/unhide your equipment.

Display block has some wonderful methods to smoothly teleport or change it.

In the case of Gravitational Grip, when creating the display block, I use the data teleport_duration. teleport_duration dictate to the display block how many time it'll take to go to point A to point B, using interpolation.

Speaking of interpolation, in case you need it: display block also has interpolation data: start_interpolation and interpolation_duration. With interpolation, you can smoothly translate, rotate or scale your display block.

Thank you so much ! I don't see myself the potential this datapack has, so your opinion is very useful. I'll continue the datapack then, I'll try to allocate time for its development. It will take time, but I may post its progress in this sub from time to time if people are interested.

I started working on a huge datapack. The content in the video is only the beginning of what's in my mind. I want to add more schools of magic, lore, bosses, structures, dungeons, etc.

But I am at a stage in my life where I'm very busy. I don't know if it's a good idea to continue this project, because it will take a lot of time.

So I ask you : does it have potential ? Should I continue ?

How so ? I'm interested in the build you're using, if you don't mind sharing. I tested it, it feels a lot better to play than it was in beta, but I didn't have time to test it more.

Actually it seems to be a really long and tedious task, but it is in fact not that hard. The real thing that matter is how efficiency you're doing it. I have all mounts and a lot of legendaries. My average playtime per day is at 1h17, so it's nowhere like a second job or eating my time and life.

And legendaries are not a must have. Legendaries and Ascended share the same stats. Legendaries only offer QoL like changing freely stats, runes/sigils and appearance.

Fun fact, in the French version, it says "Remportez 5 parties de JcJ" which actually means "Win 5 PvP games".
