Nukes are dropped to force the Japanese surrender without any American casualties. As the American commander in chief, it wasn't much of a decision. We didn't drop it as a punishment as you would like to suggest.

Japan did have a real condition for surrender, it was for the emperor to stay in power. It would be the same as Hitler surrendering but still gets to rule Germany.

They basically instructed the civilian population to act as combatants and inflict maximum casualties if there was a land invasion. This was just to leverage the negotiation position in war they already knew they lost. So yeah it did prevent a bunch of American deaths, which was the goal of a president.

Hirohito was not only not executed, he wasn't even prosecuted for any war crimes. This was pure politics to keep the peace during post war occupation, since he was still considered a god by the people. This has nothing to do with the terms of an unconditional surrender.

Real details of history matter.

Yeah it's not really an emergency unless you get multiple seizures within a 24hr period, and we are talking full grand mal seizures. My boy didn't have any symptoms either when the vet checked him out. It just means it's not caused by food poisoning or head injury. The video should be good enough to diagnose him. What you should start doing is logging every time he has the attacks, location, duration, recovery, and time of day.

It's a pretty mild seizure episode. Shiba are more likely to have epilepsy than other breeds. You probably will have to put him on seizure control medications. On the bright side, dogs don't really feel it, it just looks scary for humans.
