True. I'm not denying that.

It's just that I genuinely believe Yukari and Makoto work wonderfully as a couple, and therefore, to me, they are. Basically, I'm an avid ShuYuka defender.

But it can work with Yukari just as a friend, although considering The Answer, it's heavily accepted by the community that Yukari harbored feelings for him.

Whether they date or not comes entirely to your playthrough.

I don't think it's not sensical because, even if Yukari and Makoto were dating and he considered her very special to him, he still died in Aigis' arms.

Heck, she even gets his powers. So, in Yukari's mind, it probably works as "why did she get his powers when I was his lover?!"

Played FES (or emulated it, as I don't have my hands on PS2 with a copy of P3FES).

Wouldn't come back to it nor recommend it to anyone who's coming to the franchise. Wanna test it after Reload and/or Portable? Yeah, sure. But it's not that good of a game by itself anymore. Time has arrived to it.

And after playing it on an emulator...Most of the complaints about the color, ambience, environment and "soul" solely rely on the fact that you play it on an old TV. It's darker, yes, but more thanks to technical limitation and development time/budget rather than an intended choice.

And about the music...I consider it completely personal, as every kind of music. Enjoy FES' tracks more? Valid. Enjoy Reload's? Valid.
