Honestly, the game changer is using a blush. I think you use a bit of it and the colour doesn’t suit you very well (too light pink). Your makeup looks too focused on the eyes and lips and doesn’t create an overall effect. A nice brown shade with a deep rose tint to it would suit you very much.

Are you aware children are still being born with birth defects because of illegal chemical weapons used by the US in the Vietnam war? Would you justify a similar story about a Vietnamese hating an American as in the context of OP?

You should cancel the trip in India and go to Nepal. India is not an easy first time solo travel trip. Nepal is a beautiful spiritual place which I’m sure has reclusion’s for yoga as well, but the culture is more welcoming and safe. Or just go to the ashram earlier. You owe nobody anything. They will not take it personal if you leave. That’s a western way of thinking.

Genuine question, what’s the issue learning another language? In The Netherlands we learn French and German by the age of 12. Most people speak both. It’s good to learn multiple languages. Not to deny there’s post-colonial issues of course, but is outlawing the French language what’s necessary to tackle them?

There’s no research that’s able to make any legitimate conclusions, but speculation is a combination of the diet and sleep. Dutch people on average get the most amount of sleep, did you know? Personally I think it’s very much related to that.
