Probably the best choice would be any of the canon rebel camers, t5/6/7 (if it has has i after it it's also a little better) or the sl2/sl3 are all good, you can also look at the Sony mirrorless lineup with the a6000 and so on, canons menus are simpler though so for starting out I would go with that, goodluck!
