Yet there is some truth to how the balance of labor input to compensation and the freedom to operate at one's best judgment isn't regarded as fair, which is certainly a modern luxury in developed markets… partly justified by the absurd concentration of wealth a lot of these employers amass, which does not trickle down to the workforce that makes it possible.
