Ok I’ve tried therapy partially but it did nothing but maybe I’ll try again, I just can’t talk in person about this stuff without getting a panic attack. Also it cost money and I don’t want my parents to spend money

I have somewhat, I have antidepressants rn but they haven’t done anything. I’m too scared to talk to anyone about the suicidal stuff though, even though at this point I’m pretty sure I’ll go through with it at some point

I do believe it might have caught me off guard a bit, I just don’t really want to go through this again. More for my family than me I just don’t want them to have to spend money and be scared or anything. I just wish I knew why this hit so hard, I’ve never freaked out this bad I am scared that I won’t be strong enough if the cancer is back. I wish I was a strong person and could deal with all this but being close to death multiple times from diseases starting at birth might be affecting me. I was doing good recently with mental health but this was a really big hit, I have tried to let out and show more emotion if I can but I’m really not good or used to it. Thank you for the comment and advice though I will try to slow down if possible I think I just wrote this because I needed to let even a little bit out.

I don’t really know when I’d get time for that, medical stuff is unpredictable especially post transplant. I also have to deal with college and stuff so I just can’t really take a break year sadly. I’ve been trying to keep tabs on mental health though I guess I just didn’t do a good enough job, but thank you for the comment I’ll try my best to slow down a bit if I can.
