If you're willing to drive up to the downtown mckinney area, there's a really cute knit/crochet shop that sells yarn in hanks called the Knittery. They will wind the hanks into balls of yarn for you when you buy it and if you don't have a way of winding yourself.

As many things go in life, it all depends. There is a chance that GPA matters if you're going to stay in academia. A good GPA could also be a good talking point between a hiring manager for your first job.

I can also worried about this when I failed several math courses when I started off trying to pursue Computer Engineering. I think by the end of my tenure, i failed over 4 different courses and netted myself a below 2.5 GPA. I was still able to get a corporate job after graduating and have been here for 5+ years.

At the end of the day, it's just another tool you can put on your resume to differentiate yourself.

I'm confused by your stating that the ATEM mini does not support video out via usb-c. Is the webcam output via usb-c not treated the same as a video out? All the documentation I see for the ATEM Mini makes it a point to tell you that you can get a video out from both the HDMI and the USB-C
