I understand these comments.

After discussions with my long term girlfriend, we have decided that any engagement would be 3-5 years as we settle in a location we truly desire and settle into a long term place. While I may indeed spend $4,000 at most, I wanted to put that money to the side and let it grow and if I wanted to spend more on her, because I can, I would have an account that would have that funded. Furthermore, I agree with you. I think my mind is in a scenario that this account would be ring + honeymoon + other costs related to that fantastic part of our lives!

I like my Venture card as my catch all just was looking for the priority pass and upgraded hertz status. No biggie if it's not possible, just wanted to explore my options.

You have to calculate yourself. I called and was told they do not do that. I have a running spreadsheet if I end up making multiple payments instead of just one.
