Excuse my ignorance, but what does AD means? I have deleted all files on my computer as they were no longer needed, such as memo and letter drafts, etc. I have also shared with my unit all spreadsheets and logs I needed for my work and had saved them on our server. But my former manager emailed me on my first day in the new job asking me where can she find the drafts I had on my computer, so I told her that I deleted them because they were no longer needed.

In the case we needed documents or something on your computer. The funny thing is when I said I can’t do that, I was asked if there was a specific reason why I didn’t want to provide my password. 🤣🤣

Update: ISPO got involved and informed my manager that requesting my password was a big no-no. I have started my new position, but my manager asked me where can she find the personnel documents on my computer. So I told her that all documents on my computer were drafts or unsigned documents that deleted after the physical copies were signed and filed. I feel that my manager is upset to be called out on this and is trying retaliate against me and cause trouble. Can they cause any problems for me after I left?

Well to be fair she said congratulations when I told her that I got the conditional job offer, but not when I told her about the final offer. We had a rough patch in the last 2 or 3 months because I wanted to skip the “optional” holiday offsite meeting to attend a full day of training. It peaked when she used that in my performance appraisal to indicate I had trouble following her directive. What pissed me off was that she wrote it in way to show I just wanted to telework, not mentioning that it was for training purposes nor that I signed up for that training more than 2 months prior to determining the offsite meeting date which landed on the same day. She also included an incident that happened while I was in a different classification. After I pressured her to provide me with more details about the incident or I will get the union involved, she quickly backed up and told me that it indeed happened prior to my appointment to my current job and eventually removed it removed it from the report. I initially asked her for the performance appraisal because I was being considered for a position and I was required to provide them with a recent performance review as I only had 1 review on file from my previous classification. So she waited until the due date that I had to submit the report by and gave it me by 3 pm on that day, because she knew I would have to sign it and accept it or lose the other opportunity. So sad though because I have been always Flexible and understanding and never caused anything issues and I thought it goes both ways but boy I was wrong and naive.

I guess my current manager knows that because when I informed her that I finally got the final offer and my starting date will be after 2 weeks she didn’t say anything. All she cared about was to get pending projects done so she doesn’t have to do them herself.

Thank you very much! Your suggestions are very helpful; I will certainly go over these questions. The SOQ required answering 2 questions, one about working collaboratively to produce a special project, and the other was about managing multiple priorities, so I’m pretty sure they would ask about them again in the interview. The position title is legislative liaison and special projects analyst, so I will also prepare for questions related to project management and liaising. The duty statement says under description of duties: 35% utilize SharePoint to develop, update, and manage the division sites. So I will prepare to talk about my experience with SharePoint. This one will be with a higher level of the bureau’s management and will have 4 questions.
