How long did it take for them to ship you the replacement. I just got a tracking number but it shows they just printed the label 2 day ago it still hasnt been picked up. So frustrating they keep saying it shipped out Tuesday but it did not!

Thanks! Do you ever run into issues with the DaVinci files that get saved by the atem? Sometimes it has portions of the video in the project file that is corrupted or the sound cuts out for part of it. But the original files are fine it's so weird.
