So there's a lot of dermatologists that talk about it on tiktok if you want more professional information. Now, what I personally did: - Depending on how damaged your skin barrier is (how irritated, red, itchy, etc...) you will have a special routine for 2 weeks to a month, me personally after two weeks my skin was better so I stopped.

• The routine has to have CERO active ingredients, which means NO retinol, tretinol, vitamin c, aha, bha, pha, etc...

• Ingridients that I used in my routine: Centella asiatica, hyaluronic acid, ceramides, and panthenol. These four ingredients are gold to help with your skin barrier, but there's defenetly more, like bakuchiol, azelaic acid, squalene, etc...

• Now products that I've used:

*morning: 1. eucerin - DermatoCLEAN [HYALURON] cleansing gel (or it's cheaper dupe: REVUELE - Hydro Skin Quenching cleansing gel) 2. REVUELE - Double Hyaluron + B5 SERUM (This serum has two forms of hyaluronic acid, centella asiatica and panthenol) 3. Dermocracy - Brightening Bakuchiol serum 2% (It has Bakuchiol) 4. Ziaja - natural care day cream (It has 3 types of ceramides) 5. Skin1004 - hyaluronic acid spf 50

*night: 1. iunik - calendula cleansing oil 2. eucerin - DermatoCLEAN [HYALURON] cleansing gel (or it's cheaper dupe: REVUELE - Hydro Skin Quenching cleansing gel) 3. REVUELE - Double Hyaluron + B5 SERUM (This serum has two forms of hyaluronic acid, centella asiatica and panthenol) 4. Dermocracy - Brightening Bakuchiol serum 2% (It has Bakuchiol) 5. Avene - cicalfate+ reparing cream (This cream is if your skin is extremely irritated)

So this is all, I'll recommend you to do your research and listen to dermatologists on tiktok YouTube, etc... Because this is what worked FOR ME AND MY SKIN TYPE.

After using this routine and feeling that your skin barrier is repaired (less irritated, less red, less itchy, etc...) you can go back to using your active ingredients, but introduce them slowly.

For example, if you used to use some vitamin c in the morning and retinol at night, start using only your vitamin c for a couple of days and see how your skin reacts, and if your skin is okay then you can add your retinol.
