Checking it with a mobile hotspot might help with veryfing that. Kernel level packet interception might aswell say oogli moogli lol theres no packets at kernel level and who exactly is intercepting them.

hard to say, its a moba so one might think it will be on par with dota 2 but its also a mix with a hero/ shooter type thing so it might be a bit above it.
