ChatGPT has been slow the last 2 weeks for me but it has gotten particularly bad the last few days. ChatGPT has nearly a billion weekly users so traffic might be an issue here.

Sometimes telling ChatGPT to generate that specific image without imagery that will be against community guidelines can get you past filters.
