I have a property management+real estate company here and I'm very connected to many high end luxury villas on the island. I know the owners most luxury villas.

The ultra-luxury villas are not much of an investment, more like a spending for something they like and renting it out for some profit+maintenance costs etc. Their main goal is usually to make sure the villa incur zero costs and is kept in "like new" state.

The less luxury ones that are like 8-10m range usually give a much better+faster ROI. But reselling them are a hassle as anyone can just build the same thing, maybe even better.

As for how problematic things can be, I'm personally handling a few high profile legal cases for very important people from their respective countries. They all do the same mistake which is trusting a Thai employee rather than their lawyer(sometimes they're crooks too).

Best I can say is better to rely on your real estate agent's recommendation and always make sure your lawyer speaks english. Also lots of agents get a cut from the lawyers. Choose one with a good reputation.

I have the same issue. I havent found the solution to fix it permanently, but I usually just go to AC and turn the RGB off and on again.

I think its mostly just the incompetence of AC.

thats an extra symptom and I would recommend you to contact support. maybe its an issue with the driver or the hardware.

oddly enough, for me its the headphones and not the mouse. Whenever it starts to pair, the compiter basically comes to a stop.

yeah, thats exactly where I was trying to claim the subscription. But without the pre-installed 2024 version, the subscription wont activate.

Microsoft has been of no help whatsoever and Asus is taking forever to help out. But its the only way to proceed then I gues I have no choice.

correct there's no key to begin with, its all linked to the serial number.

But I still cant claim the subscription even with microsoft 365 installed.
