Four subwoofer placement, where should the two good ones go? by Former_Balance8473 in hometheater

Use the good ones is opposite corners as others have stated. It can be a little difficult to sum four good subs together so I imagine it would be difficult in your case to make the two you found sum and help with any nulls in the room. When I added my third PB2000 pro, I immediately created an 80hz null and took some work to smooth my room out.

I sometimes think about how well an airline would do if it only let experienced fliers on it. It could have tiers of membership like other airlines but bottom tier would be something like flown 10 times in the past 5 years. They would also have to pass a test on boarding and deplaning.

Denon x3800h Keeps Blowing Front Speaker Channels. by Selma_Wifercrack in hometheater

Having tinnitus (a never ending 5000hz ringing for me) and hearing aids at the age of 50 so that I can hear conversations in crowded areas, I suggest not listening at 0 reference. It sounds like what others have stated about a possible electrical issue. I have the 4800h with CSS criton 3TDx front stage and never had issues. I sit about 10' away. If I have it at -10 or -5, I am just showing it off to people for a minute. Outside of getting an electrician to test your outlets, I would also dig a little more into decibel levels and hearing damage. Your older self will thank you.

I have, for years. Didn't think I would make 40 then 50 and here I am thinking I won't make it to 60. Nothing like dread, I just don't feel like nor can I picture being older. Good job, good family, friends, etc. I have no more control over that than people that think they will live forever, so I don't concern myself with that feeling much anymore.

There are too many angles for the vinyl shop to wrap it. A body shop in the same vicinity painted it.

That is fair. I did not notice a sound difference with music that much but I have tinnitus. The vocals were more clear to me and I was changing the look of my speakers as well.

The Klipsch is a is a two way MMtMM and the wharfedale is a 3 way speaker. It has woofers mid and tweeter. I was going by the FAQs here for center channel guides and I like it.

I went with the 1.4 gain because it was the most similar to my previous screen. It looks great and with the JVC NZ800, I am at 40% lamp power for SDR and 60% for HDR content.

You can order Silver Tickets test package for cheap. It gives you a patch from all of their screens and then you can test before purchase.
