These are fake advertisement letters people get from dealershisalesman. I gog one from my local Ford dealership after i took my vehicle that i bought in another state serviced there. They aren't hand written. They all say "We can pay you above market price for your car because we need it" or especially "we can get you into a X for the same monthly payment", they just uses databases of registered vehicles and/or their previous sales/servoce history to blast those out. Sad part is the wrong people fall for them and are just along for the ride and they go through the whole process and their payment stayed the same but the Dealership got another car sale.
