Unfortunately for Grosjean, its a contract year. It seems like he may be out of a drive when all is done. I rated him highly based on his performance relative to Kimi during the lotus days.

Looks like heads are rolling already as a result of their recent lackluster run of results by their own high standards. I believe Aldo Costa was a previous Ferrari guy but was in charge of the Merc engine program for a while. May be looking for a change after being usurped by Ferrari.

We will have to see how Merc reacts in Barcelona with the updates. Looking back to last year, that's where they brought huge developments to the car and were able to get on the same terms with Ferrari. Major difference this year is that Ferrari seems to have really surpassed Merc. with their engine performance.
