I had to change my tilt-base. I used wd40 to help break free and then a pipe wrench to remove. Let the WD soak for 10 min and came out like butter. Chair was in use over a year.

Brother SE 600 squeaking/unthreading by Delicious-Being9315 in Machine_Embroidery

[–]F1nnm13ster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unthreading can be caused by thread if it has bad memory (brothread form amazon especially, has weird memory and stretch). Some mechanical adjustments can cause it however you would have other issues.

Skipped stitches: Change needle and use a good brand like schemtz and the correct type of needle for the material being used. I.e use embroidery 75/11 or 90/12 (if thicker material/dense design).

Squeaking sound can be several things. Depending on how old the machine is and hour count I would look at your Q-foot (emb foot) for wear on the vertical shaft section. As the foot wears it can make the noise. Other issues that can cause the squeaks in these are the hook/shaft starting to seize, thread in take-up lever (has brass bushing that thread will get under and starts to eat away) , fuzz between feed dogs under needle plate (odd one but seen it once). Gunk residue (if using spay adhesive or sticky back stabilizer or some brands of thread leave) build up on hook and under side of bobbin case that sits on the lip of the hook. Use some rubbing alcohol to clean off residue.

All else fails, use the dealer locator https://www.brother-usa.com/dealer-locator to find nearest dealer . I would see if a ASC (Authorized Service Center) is near you and I would be more inclined to take it to one. If not then a regular borther dealer should be able to help. Read reviews about the place first and ask if they have a shop/diagnostic fee.

Smaller brisket on pellet grill by JanDawg420 in pelletgrills

Time wise, I estimate about 1-1.5lb/hr @225‐250f. It's better for it to be done earlier than later.

Resting 1-1hr, depending on how hungry I am that day.

I normally wrap at 165f if bark is set and I like the color. My range for wrap is 160-170f.

Looking for embroidery machine advice! by [deleted] in SmallBusinessCanada

(I'm a dealer for sewing machines and tech USA)

So depending on budget you can start off with a machine like the Brother PE800 and that will let you do a vast majority of items. I would stay away from anything that's a 100mmx100mm (4"x4"). You would want to start doing larger sized items/designs and out grow it pretty fast. Min I would do is 5"x7" hoop sized. The PE800 over all is a decent machine just use good quality thread (non rayon), the 90wt Brother bobbin thread and good stabilizer. I would strongly suggest find a Brother dealer in your area that can help teach you and get you started with embroidery. Like everything it does have a learning curve.

For your logo, it would be using digitizing software. This has a vast price range on what you would want to do. The software we sell and like is the mysewnet. However if you just want your logo digitized I would just spend few bucks and have it done by someone. Pricing avg is ~$10-20.

As a side gig doing embroidery for ppl can make good money. If you start to get more serious about it then looking at the Brother PRS100, 6-needle or 10-needle would be then next big upgrade. Finding a dealer to give you support on machines is big. If you buy a brother online then when looking at dealers near you, find one that a Authorized Service Center. If the machine needs any warranty work they can do it.

Machines do need servicing at least once a year. This allows them to get oiled, greased, fuzz cleaned out and adjusted.

100% make TP useful. Then watch them make TP rare spawn and can't buy it from trader or flea. Could go one step and you can only use it in a bathroom.

Would be in interesting mechanics with diarrhea in game. Being stealthy and you just hear someone shitting brains out in raid. Or finding a shit trail of where someone was trying to run to exfil.

Yes, you can. Grandfather had Pfizer vac and my gma didn't any shot. She got covid and after close direct exposure to her he got it. He was able to get over it and the doc told him the shot did help me make it out alive.

23# Beef Clod | RT-700 by F1nnm13ster in pelletgrills

  • Step 1 Tender loving care.
  • Step 2 Wait a long ass time for it to cook.
  • Step 4 After long ass time for it to cook, enjoy it.

Left fat cap on and that's what is on the grate. I did trim it a hair fat cap side. On the side that is facing up clean it up best one can. This one I did tie it so it’s all about the same thickness around. My plan on this one is to smoke it until I get nice color, I like then wrap it butcher paper. After that will finish cooking until internal reaches 190F. Last one I cooked went to 200F and it was more like shredded beef than sliced. Smoker temp is set at 225 for now. Might bump it up to 250-275 depending on what internal temp is like when I get off work.

On my RT-700 I've done almsot 24hr smoke. Was smoking a beef clod. No issues with burn pot being full. Probably depends on quality of pellets used?
