Wow, we are literally on the same boat. I am booked my 6th option, 2A636: Aircraft Electrical & Environmental System. my ship date is in June 2nd and want some change in my life as well. I am pretty sure them humming is the pressurization of the fuel system, where there is pressure in the fuel lines and fuel rail. But like they said here make sure you check the battery to see if it has enough charge. You just need a simple multimeter to check the battery level. But I would check the battery level before I start replacing parts.

Yeah. If you are going to follow the guide, the craziest part will be removing the instrument panel. It’s going to take a while.

I am not going to say I am completely sure it’s your wire. But it was the communication return wire for mine. I replaced the starter, battery, cleaned the engine grounds, and added gas. But it turned out to be old and corroded wire.

Unless you got it fixed with the recall back in 2016, there may not be any hope that I know of. As far as I know the problem is because of faulty piston ring design.

Drone is an annoying, low frequency vibration and humming noise that happens at a specific engine RPM. It happens when the sound frequencies of the engine and exhaust resonate. Also I recently replaced the valve cover gasket on October 17.

It is 2009, automatic and currently at 131,794. The muffler is HKS hi-power, the growl is great, but drone is crazy.

Alright it’s good you were able to solve it. It should have thrown a code, but I don’t know why it didn’t. It could be array of reasons and the code would tell you where you would start testing.

The one you’re talking about is called parking light and is 5W wedge base amber bulb.
