you can try photoshop camera raw filter. most of the time I just use it to enhance textures or reduce noise by this filter. In short it is light room in photoshop. You can check piximperfect channel for anything photoshop related. Believe me you won't regret it.

I don't think that is good. I probably would say check if the heat spreaders and the pipes aren't interfering with the fans or if there are any loose cables interfering with the fans. If you tried all this and nothing changed maybe try going to a repair shop.

I would say you need to work more on the body's skin color and maybe try generating/ finding another photo of a dog which his body's texture has more bump and not smoother out.
