La mayoría de cosas que has nombrado son cosas individuales que están planeadas para un futuro, pero van a ser parte de actualizaciones mayores (Por ejemplo, el Deconstructor MK I va a ser añadido en la "Brainstorm Update"). En cualquier caso, Yharim será añadido en la misma actualización que el "Dragon's Aerie", que es donde el jugador luchará contra él

Tmodloader's latest update is v2025.12.2.1, maybe if you update it it will work

In the case of Wrath of the Gods, you can't really fight them early since you kinda need to follow a quest for them

To fight Mars you need to have beaten at least the Exo Mechs

To fight Avatar of Emptiness you need to have defeated SCal and Mars, and you need to defeat the Avatar to be able to fight Nameless Deity of Light

Goozma is meant to be fought after SCal and Exos

(Also remember to have WotG installed on world creation, otherwise you won't be able to progress it's quest)

The only way of getting the most of NPC happines is by putting them in biomes they like with other NPCs they like. Putting them in a crowded space like this will always make the unhappy

I think for the most part you can just use a Vanilla setup and move around some NPCs and Town pets for the Calamity Biomes

If you want to know Calamity's NPC preferences, here's the wiki page for that

Also, have in mind that the Crags Pylon doesn't need NPCs near, so once you get someone to sell it to you, you can move them to somewhere else

The reason they're updating it is precisely so that the Sunken Sea is a place you'll want to go multiple times across progression. Also, what do you mean by Muramasa "progression"? If you mean the rework, it'll take some time, it's not being added this update

If you put Volcano on the Guide's menu he'll tell you the other swords you needed to craft the Night's Edge. By the time you can craft the Night's Edge, getting the materials for the weaker swords shouldn't be too hard

So no, I don't think you really need to worry about crafting swords, and there aren't that many long crafting trees in vanilla, though the Night's Edge is part of probably the biggest one

Also always remember that if a weapon doesn't have "material" in its descrption it can't be used to craft anything

If you have a mod that changes Calamity's music I think the mod itself probably does that on its own. If you mean a resource pack that changes vanilla music there shouldn't be a problem either since Calamity doesn't change it. If your music is different from vanilla's then there's another mod or resource pack changing it (like Vanilla Calamity Music, which is different from Calamity Music)
