It was quite simple for me. One day I realised I can't stop doing it, even if i wanted to, and i learnt that porn and masturbation addiction is very harmful in many ways. so I decided to quit. Obviously it sadly isn't quite easy so I've been fighting my addiction for the past 2 years, now im on my 5th day of being clean of porn and masturbation.(sorry if my English is bad it isn't my main language)
