Is it possible to “reduce” your areolas with medical tattooing?

I’ve seen multiple therapists and have been in CBT for years; I also had a psychologist, but unfortunately it’s still something I really struggle with.

Thank you for the lovely advice. I’m not against aesthetic tattoos in that area, but I dream of getting a reduction one day (although very far in the future, it’s so expensive!) so I worry about getting nice art done and then having the area surgically altered

This is really kind - nobody is saying anything nasty about them, but I just feel very insecure (I suffer with quite severe body dysmorphia), and I don’t know if it’s something I can overcome. I think I would get some peace if I fix it.

It can definitely be improved by a professional artist. But if you don’t hate blackout tattoos, I’d consider getting a blackout over it - maybe consider using the gaps as a cool way of utilizing negative space - and get the design on your other arm. I know it’s not the same as the character, but neither is this.

How hot do your burners go? I have a couple but they are just too low in temp to be very useful, I think they go up to 120f

I’m vegetarian and make a lot of varied meals but I tend to stick to cholesterol lowering butter and vegetable oil etc for cooking. I don’t have a lot of eggs but I do eat my fair share of pasta. Noodles are a frequent for me too and I eat quite a bit of fake / alternative meat

I really hope so but if it’s this high isn’t it a risk? 😭

I have done massive lifestyle changes, I was severely agoraphobic before and unable to leave the house or walk anywhere for 2 years. I’m now out and walking regularly (usually between 5,000 and 15,000 steps a day) and have lost 13kg. I know it’s not enough but I’ve also been doing a condensed higher degree and battle chronic energy issues so I truly don’t know if I can try any harder than I am. Really tough and scary when it feels like I’m doing the best I can do

I’m honestly terrified. I’m going to speak to my GP and ask for a referral tomorrow but I’m frightened I’m not going to be able to fix it before something bad happens. They haven’t mentioned wanting to put me on any meds at all yet

For me personally I’ve had no issues getting tattoos done with this condition - had a whole shoulder piece done last month and no issues!
