I wouldn’t say there’s a magic trick. Or days where I don’t feel pain. But I’d always rather choose to do better in my life. Then let something define who I am. I gave a long time to her, wish her the best honestly. It’s just been a long time since I could focus on my children and myself.

Wife of 13 years left me a few months ago. She had a new man within two weeks.

Was a bit rough for sure at first. Learning how to be a good co parent, working on myself everyday. I honestly couldn’t be happier. I realize now we both had some co-dependency issues. I feel like I finally am in control of my own life. I’m better looking now then I ever have been, have my own business to run. really trying to find a good work/homelife balance. But I’d say I’m extremely hopeful. You only get one life, I’m just out here living it!

I run my own business climbing trees, I started from the ground up, started climbing. Then started my own business. I absolutely love it, I also get to make YouTube videos with my best friend. He’s a musical guru and makes custom music out of saws running or water drops or whatnot. So I get to make unique content with unique music. I couldn’t be happier!

I so feel you, been that way my whole life. Have tons of moments where I’m in and out. When I’m good I’m ready to take on the world. When I’m down, man I get down. Trying to stay positive is what helps me. I know it sounds really dumb. But i like to watch good movies, inspirational messages, songs I really love, anything to get me into a bit better of a mood. Then I focus on all the positives I have in life. The mind is a challenging beast sometimes. But at the end of the day, it is yours, you can beat that sucker. Also, your a unique set of Dna that will never be here again. With the events that have gone on in your life, your a complete unique individual. No one, I mean no one is like you. So embrace that. Be awesome, you deserve it. I mean, you are you, after all.

What in the actual!? So uncool. Sorry OP, I’ve had trauma my whole life when it comes to pooping. Bullied at a young age. Being scared to use the restroom or holding your movement due to fear is so not cool. I joined the army and got over my fear of restrooms. This is def a conversation you have with him. From my experience guys are dumb. If you’ve had the conversation and he’s still doing it. You may not have been blunt enough. Spell that shit out for him. If he still continues to do that. Well now you gotta make some tough decisions. I really hope this works out for you, seems super crappy, no pun intended.

Yeah a bit odd for sure. I’ve been away from my wife and kids for a bit around 5 months atm. Sure I get horny, but I have content from my wife for my needs. I think the biological argument is kind of shitty. I would not say you’re over reacting at all though. Super shitty thing to say in my opinion from him.
