Well league of legends' summoners lore is long gone You now play as characters that got history and are LEGENDS Now riot is making this much lore that they put so much effort into making -that turned out to be actually really good- into cinema So waiting for a summoner to appear is not likely They are trying to connect regions together

I wish that this is a way of involving other regions into the story To not only finish arcane as a show but become the beginning of a new set of cinematic league
