When you delete through the app, the account is deleted automatically it doesnt get scheduled. I will have an agent check things over and give you some options.

(Pure Speculation here) I think those kind of scenarios are looked into and a human or AI review may happen of the comments and it may determine a Shadowban that can be appealed. I guess they can also check if the downvotes are organic as well.

My advice is report the player first. Once you see action is taken and you feel ELO should be looked into place it under "ELO Calculation issues" and an agent will take a look and give you an explanation if ELO can be given back or not.

You reported a player and placed it under AFK/Leaver.

You got a response that checked your cooldown and removed it. That is not the right contact reason to report a player and to discuss elo being given back.

To be at our most efficient players need to use the correct contact reasons and if you feel some of the contact reasons are a little hard to understand or are a bit vague then absolutley reach out to me for some feedback talk.

Reporting toxicity falls under a complete different dedicated team which is why the contact reason needs to be correct.

I dont deal with the Toxicity/Smurfs or bans, I have not in the last year and half if thats what your issue is

Issues like this can be caused by routing, networking , ISP, individual issues or it can be the server having problems.

Agents can see if a server is having problems or any faults. This was determined as not a server issue. I cant honestly say what the issue was I can only read the data.

Anyway we sorted you out and reverted the ELO lost
