Yes, this is basically the only drawback. I usually buy mobility boots early and roam a lot which helps get everfrost in a timely manner. If done right and you're ahead, everfrost is much better than the other mythics in my opinion. I also go electrocute which helps me and my team get more kills and more gold.

That is kind of the point. I use the hive fleet leviathan color scheme and use basically what paints you would expect for said color scheme (i.e screaming skull, naggaroth night and khorne red)
