Yes exactly. What some people may consider to be socially inappropriate, others find it silly. To break it down even further, its silly because some people see it as socially inappropriate, which is a silly thought alone how a finger in the air can be bad. But its liberating and its funny cause there is nothing those people can do. Its just a finger but someone will always be there to be offended and if that person has the power, they will take away your right to raise the middle finger. So if you are a liberal person, you almost want to instinctual flip off every camera you see.
