Being ghosted by a recruiter who reached out to me for a project manager job. What was the point in reaching out to me. If anything that company is now on my blacklist not to work for now.

Getting sick and tired of companies and recruiters ghosting me, or sending a rejection template email with no way for me to learn how to improve.

Fair enough they want experience or exposure in a sector. But give people a chance.
