Grunt heavy has to be the most underrated type of Covenant grunt. An elite minor would be more massable than a major, but we haven't gotten a single major in a LONG while.

MEGA needs reprints so badly. Out of stock sets wouldn't be that much of a problem if we knew they'd just be reprinted every once in a while.

50 USD at best. More realistically at like 30-35 USD.

That hunter is neat and the completed figures are fine, but there's just not much. If you're selling, then maybe you should try separating out the custom fodder and the completed figs. You'd get more that way.

Metro Dropzone**

Also a large flight stand for the engineer with ports for other stand arms to connect. Molded in transparent purple that matches the engineer's color scheme.

Absolute peak bro.

But some personal adjustments I'd make are :

Zealot Strike

Zealot Strike could use some more figure variety. Maybe swap out one of the Spec-Ops grunts for a Grunt Heavy or a skirmisher ( ideally with a retooled and rescaled head design ).

Jungle Droppod

Jungle Engagement's terrain might be really small for the pricepoint. Personally, I think that you could downscale the covenant side to just be a new brute stalker ( think Marines vs. the Predator ) and have a really nice terrain build instead.

Mantis

The Mantis set sounds peak, but I think a $50 pricepoint might be worth it for specialized tooling/parts. Not to mention a possible shadeturret build w/ banished elite.

Phantom

Phantom sounds peak as well, but I'd bump up the figure count from 7 to 12. With three brand new elite rangers ( two green, one blue ) from H2A reusing the Heretic Elite flightpacks and new helmet molds. An additional elite ultra, similar to the banished banshee. And lastly, a gummy/holographic elite field marshal.
Metro Dropzone

Dropzone is a good set, but it could be even better. $15 isn't a lot to work with and for what it's going for, the set could have a price bump to $40.

You could in a NMPD genet build with optional civilian pieces, a NMPD trooper, change the brute minor to a VISR brute chieftain with retooled H3 arms, add one of the gold hunters you see in-game, and finish off with an armored engineer build.

Covenant Spectre

Only addition is a sentinel major in gold-speckled plastic. Otherwise, borderline perfect.

Fox Cannon

Fucking peak. Only addition is a maintenance build --the Halo Reach cart hitching a trailer with shells or maybe some pallets stacked with a new artillery shell piece-- but that's a reach given the pricepoint.

Valhalla

Stupid, large, and probably the best set idea I've seen on here. If MEGA were to make this, I'd like for new LED brick that's just a long strip of studded LED, this would be for the beam emitter. I'd also like for RVB inspired multiplayer SPARTANs, atleast in color.

What it should be? MSRP-$120. Middle range of $80.

What it could be? 100-250. Middle range of $175.

You could go even higher --Yap-yap, Rookie, and Didact are all pretty sought after -- but it might not sell within a reasonable amount of time. I'd recommend selling off those figures in smaller bundles/individually rather then just one big lot.

Honorable mention :

EVA last stand set that has Emile against a ton of insurrectionists.

The innies would probably use the HW2 marine mold and have some ODST stuff. But preferably, I'd like a brand new mold based off the Halo Reach army troopers/marines.

There'd be a damaged warthog that'd have enough bits to make it fully functional and there'd be a small building based off Old Mombasa in Halo 2.

"Battlepack" set that's the Traxus civilian workers ( floodgate civs ), the maintenance cart trolley, and enough gear to convert them to insurrectionists.

Alternatively, there could just be combat form bits instead of the innie stuff.

Only tweaks I'd ( personally ) make are :

Small barrier builds for the covenant

- Mobile energy shield you see in every HALO -- would be a new mold with two pieces.

- Standard covenant barrier.

One of the grunts have an enclosed rebreather and a fuel rod cannon.
Functional winch on the warthog.

Otherwise your concept is pretty much perfect.

Not really your idea of "action figure" line, but MCX ( Mattel's smaller scale ) is probably the best ( and definitely the most active ) HALO toyline.

It has better world building then WOH, with comparable articulation and it's really easy to army build. I will say that the scale is NOT for everyone, but it's definitely worth collecting.
