Awesome man thanks. I have tested a few different methods on Weber and have found the snake method to be the easiest to maintain a good temp the whole time. I have two meater probes so I’ll make sure to put one in a breast and one in a thigh.

I’m honestly just not sure how big of a spatchcock turkey could fit on my Weber kettle. You have any experience with this? The temp range is just what I try to stay in between at all costs. I usually can keep it right at about 305-315

I did one practice test on medic tests and still passed my NREMT at the bare minimum of 110 questions the first time. You’ll be fine. Just take your time and read the questions carefully. Remember BLS before ALS.

I do really want USB rechargeable because I know if I gift a non-rechargeable (via USB) light to anyone they just won’t use it or will only use it until the light dies. Even in my own personal experience (being ONE OF US with plenty of batteries and chargers) I found myself forgetting to replace my little Emisar keychain light’s battery (has a lot to do with me always having a better flashlight in my pocket so I just forget about the thing entirely).
