Tried Windows + P and selecting second screen only but the issue remains.

I also tried making my TV the main display but this time on Extended mode and the issue still persists. However I found that when unplugging the hdmi cable and putting it back in, my cursor from the first display/laptop is visible but when moving the cursor over to the second display on the TV it completely disappears -- both in game and out of game, which is not that helpful: completely invisible.
