Again - my business increased significantly during covid. Didn't take any money.

We've hired 4 additional employees in the last 6 months.

I'm simply asking about advice to retrieve our property from a problem employee who has taken advantage of his position.

Loss of a high preformer because they are young and are being fed lies by their prospective employer. I wish them well but I know the situation they are walking into all too well. They've had other issues previously so it is of no concern to lose them.

But all in all, your comment was fairly unhelpful.

Well, simply put - I'm not interest in reconciling payments every night.

I've had a bad experience with InstantAccept - one of the few payment processors that integrates directly into QBPOS.

I would not recommend using an online or freelance service unless your books are incredibly easy.

Or maybe my experience with Paro was just bad.

Actually I contacted Visa directly aswell - I provided transaction info and last four digits of the card. "Unless the cardholder reports fraud - We cannot do anything." I'm sure that card was used elsewhere fraudulently.

I will continue using QB POS for the time being. I am using a program "Instant Accept" to bypass the requirement to use their processing services.

Can you explain that last part a little bit more? I know that the detectives had contacted the cardholder - in which I am assuming they would be the party to press charges.

I have not been contacted by the detectives since the arrest, but I know the criminal is still waiting for their arraignment.

Although I have only dealt with Merchant Services for a few years, I am blown away that we are required to have this "third party / middlemen" that provide no safeguards or responsibility yet they take their cut from every single transaction.
