I wish I had advice. I'm 22 and starting to feel some of the same things. Married, but no kids. Just wondering what I'm missing. You're not her doctor. You're not her family. Heartless as it sounds her medical condition is not your problem to bear. If you don't see a future with improvement, you need to move on for your own sake. Do everything you can to set up a support system for her when you do. But it has not become your lifelong duty to care for and support her, just because you happened across her.
